This is one of these wonderful books for kids of all ages. It will inspire kids to be their best and to empower themselves to be their best.
This book showcases a girl that has low self-esteem. She is struggling to fit in as a normal girl. She always feels awkward. She hides and tries to not engage with the world around her because she believes others will shun her and disapprove of her.
But as the story progresses, with the encouragement of others, she stands tall and she allows herself to be who she is, a wonderful, capable, beautiful and intelligent person.
We are all made in the image of God. And because of this, we were meant to be who we are, not anyone else. Jesus doesn’t make junk. He makes people who are each in their own way beautiful and wonderful.
This book offers this wonderful message for kids of all ages. I recommend it for girls but also boys. I invite parents to read this book over and over to their kids. We live in a culture that is so negative. We all need encouragement. We all need to be inspired. And this book offers just that!
