Everyone Can Learn to Ride a Bicycle, by Chris Rashka

Everyone can learn to ride the bikeWhat child doesn’t want to learn how to ride a bike?  Most do, but it is so hard to do at first and it looks easier than it really is.

In this wonderfully simple yet important picture book by two-time Caldecott Medalist winner, mastering how to ride a bike takes patience, perspicacity, and a whole lot of courage. But it can be done through hard work and much encouragement. And if you fall, you must get up, bandy yourself up, and try again!  What a GREAT message for kids!

I loved this book from beginning to end. It is a wonderfully encouraging book for kids about not giving up.
