The Messy One-Book Review

51T4wSH8f8L._SL500_AA300_[1]This is a wonderful picture book with a GREAT message for kids!

The story is about Vivienne.  She is oh so messy.  She is a messy eater, painter, and her room is very very messy!  But she doesn’t worry about being messy.  On fact, she is a bit proud about it, until she loses her favorite necklace.

She searched high, and low….but no nice.  Then she went from room to room….still no necklace.  Then she opened the door to her room, and she sighed…how will she ever ever find her necklace.  In fact, unless she cleans her room right up, she’ll never find anything. This is when she goes on a quest to clean up, and she discovers that it is nice to have a clean and tidy room. And what’s more…..she found her necklace….in the most surprising place….in her jewelry box!

After reading this book, kids will want to keep their room clean too. After all, who would want to have a dirty room when you can have a clean one?

Love your reviews, Irene, and I add a lot of them to my Pinterest Kid Review board. But why don’t you mention the author or illustrator? Many times you can’t read names on the cover, so knowing the author is helpful.

Two of my books are going free this month can I ask you to review them for me if I send them to you? B.M.Killaire
