This is a book about how to be fit. It’s a great book to teach kids the importance of being fit.

To be fit, kids should eat healthy, cut out sugary treats, drink lots of water, exercise or go for a hike. The benefits of exercise are immense but some of the most important benefits is that kids will feel better, have more energy to play games, makes them stronger, and more spry. But equally important it will strengthen one’s spirit and make kids happier and more content.

This is a book that will inspire kids to get moving and to get physically fit.
