This is a wonderful and charming picture book for kids 3 to 8 about loneliness. What child won’t be able to relate to this theme?

Many children feel lonely as they are growing up, whether or not they have siblings. Most kids hate to be alone. They always want to be going and dong something. But solitude is important too to recharge our batteries and do the best and be our best.

This book will teach kids that being alone for a while isn’t so bad. It will help you appreciate others and what they have to offer. What a great message for kids.

The illustrations are adorable too, making this book a must-read for all kids.

Thank you Melissa for such a GREAT picture books for kids! I can’t wait to read your next book!

Irene I would love to add some of your articles and book reviews to my Pinterest boards, but without pictures they will not accept your page. What about adding at lease the book cover?
