This is a colorful picture book about the importance of being fancy. Girls will love this book from beginning to end. It is sparkly and frilly, and oh so wonderful.
Nancy hates the bland. She likes everything to be fancy, frilly, and pretty. She even teaches her family a thing or two about being fancy.
