This is a hilarious story about a Mom
who wants to save every stray kitty in
her neighbourhood. Dad keeps resisting
her every step of the way. However, each
time, Mom cleverly convinces Dad to let
each cat stay for just a short time. Once
the kitty is comfy and settled into the
house, the kitty never leaves.
One stray, two, three, comes in.
However, when the fifth stray cat
arrives, Dad takes a surprising stand. If
stray kitty’s are welcomed into our home,
why not start rescuing a dog? Now, even
clever Mom doesn’t have an answer to this
question!
The illustrations are also hilarious
and colourful. Any child will love this
book, especially kids who are animal
lovers. And kids will want the book read
over and over again to them. And who
knows, they may even start rescuing their
own stray kitties in their neighbourhood.
I know my niece has.
